The Bruker AVANCE200 NMR spectrometer is a narrow bore, high resolution,
solution NMR spectrometer operating at a magnetic field strength of 4.7T
(1H frequency is 200MHz). It has following features:
- Dedicated to solution NMR.
- Probe: 10 mm Double Resonance Broadband (BB), out-coil for 1H
and inner-coil for nuclei in the range of 31P-109Ag. Therefore, nuclei
1H, 31P, 87Rb, 13C, 29Si, 2H, 17O, 14N, 15N, 97Mo, 109Ag, and others with
frequency inbetween 31P-109Ag can be observed
(see NMR Periodic Table).
For more details of individual nucleis, please see:
- Temperature: -130°C to +150°C.
- Samples: small molecules, dissovable in water or organic solvents:
including organic, inorganic, biomolecules, etc.
- Applications: Structure, Dynimics, Physical Properties
Measurement, etc.
- Experiments:
- 1D Spectroscopy:
- Standard 1H, 13C, or any other Nuclei
specified above
- 13C-Editting for Multiplicity
Discrimination
- Relaxation Measurement, Chemical Exchange,
pKa Measurement, etc.
- 2D Correlation:
- H,H Correlation: COSY, NOESY, TOCSY,...
- H,C Correlation: HMQC, HMBC, HETCOR,...
- C,C Correlation: INADEQUATE,...
Most experiments above are already setup and standardized for daily use. For
